1) Delivery & Returns
Each creation is carefully crafted in our workshop located in France.
The production time varies between 10 and 15 working days, then your order is shipped via Colissimo.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
Free delivery is offered in mainland France for orders over €60.
Delivery zones
Delivery is available:
• in metropolitan France,
• in Belgium,
• throughout the European Union,
• and internationally.
*In some cases — particularly for very remote destinations or for parcels exceeding the standard weight — a delivery surcharge may be required.
Should this happen, you will be contacted before shipment to confirm together the best solution.
Thank you for your understanding: each shipment is prepared with care, and we always do our best to offer you fair and appropriate delivery charges.
Delivery costs
• Delivery costs are automatically adjusted to the current rates of the carriers.
• They are clearly displayed at the time of payment.
For shipments outside mainland France, costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Time limit
The delivery times indicated on the website are indicative only.
They can vary depending on:
• the period,
• the activity of carriers,
• or conditions beyond my control.
A reasonable delay cannot give rise to:
• nor to an order cancellation,
• nor to a request for reimbursement or damages.
*All Zoozve creations are made to order, to preserve their uniqueness and the care taken in crafting each piece. Shipping times may therefore vary depending on the time of year and the nature of your order.
The estimated delivery time is always indicated in the information banner at the top of the website.
Thank you for your patience and trust: they allow us to create truly unique pieces for you, with gentleness and care.
Responsibility & Transport
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk associated with transport is transferred to the buyer.
In the event of a strike, bad weather, or other force majeure, Zoozve Créations cannot be held responsible for any delay.
Damaged or incomplete package
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please:
1. Indicate your reservations on the delivery note,
2. Write to me within 5 days, with supporting photos, at: contact@zozodecreation.fr
I will do everything necessary to support you in the best way possible.
Incorrect address
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address:
• incomplete,
• incorrect,
• or unclaimed,
Reshipment is possible, with new shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.
Shipped after payment
Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment, including shipping costs.
2) Returns & Exchanges
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Custom creations (fabric choice, embroidery, custom sizes) are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
